one note: in Kelowna, BC, Canada and in Vernon, BC, Canada (maybe not yet but later) they are running out of space to put their buildings. why not do what Vancouver, BC, Canada did. build things underground. Chicago,Illinois,USA has mall under the ground (under big buildings) its awesome that you can build underground with the correct building permits (it has been done all over the world already). you enter one entrance to the underground, walk around for a long time (and distance) and come out somewhere else above ground once again. Just another idea stolen from other people who have done this inside their cities for those cities who are trapped by ALR and other things locking up land use. three cheers to solutions that are all over the place. so no need to complain, just find a legal and beneficial way around not having enough land or space to build.
